You, ready on new ground

The services listed on this page can be hired isolated or in packages, just according to what you want and need for starting your strategy in Brazil. Our team includes lawyers, teachers, police officers, real estate advisors and administrators. All we do is carefully designed and delivered so you understand and make Brazil your territory too.

Every service is provided based on a mutual agreement for how you need it to be done. We operate with concierges that speak English, Chinese, Italian and Portuguese. Some are Brazilians with years of experience and study abroad, some are foreigners living in Brazil for more than five years, familiarized with local regulations.

Site, home and operations

Research on the best location for the operation, read against logistics, available labour, the tax picture and the licences the activity will need.

From lofts to the top of the market, included in every package. The property is read against its location, its basic security and the quality of the build — not only the floor plan and the asking price.

Water, power and internet connected, basic furnishing in place, and the company registered with every licence and permit the activity requires before it can open its doors.

If you want it: a review of the building structure, a budget, and the hiring of the work — with reporting at each step, so everything is contracted and agreed against your own plan.

A review of the infrastructure that keeps people safe: doors, entrances and exits, parking, the structures that stop access, the location itself and the daily route between office and home. Where it is needed, installation of physical and digital systems and hiring of staff vetted with the local Military Police.

Daily life and family

The whole process: conversation with the family, time with the child, a shortlist of schools that actually suit them, the choice, the visits and the enrolment — with interpretation and a first briefing on rules, materials and how the school runs day to day.

A conversation with the school's coordination team and follow-up through the first months, while the child settles and the family learns how the school really works.

A first course for the children, built around what the family needs — before the term starts, alongside it, or both.

Names we have checked ourselves: doctors and hospitals, sport, physiotherapy, domestic help — the small network a family needs in its first weeks and has no way to assemble alone.
